本種はこれまで北海道と本州から得られており、海外では中国から記録されている。成虫は5～8月頃にアキグミの葉で見られる。オスは未記載だが最近得られた。

This species has been obtained from Hokkaido and Honshu in Japan, and is recorded from China so far. It occurs on the leaves of Elaeagnus umbellate at May to August. Male has never been described but recently we collected a few males.
